The kitchen has all brand new features - fridge , microwave , benchtop oven/air fryer , twin electric hotplate/hobs , toaster.The bedroom has queen bed , large double wardrobe , dresser , radio/alarm clock , ironing board & iron.There is a large bathroom with shower , soap & shampoo supplied , towels on heated towel rail , facecloth , vanity , hairdryer.Separate toilet with hand basin with hand wash. The house has balanced ventilation system to endure you are breathing filtered fresh air 24/7 as well as a heat pump to ensure the house is nice and warm during cooler days/nights.There is a dedicated filtered water tap at sink to ensure you have clean filtered drinking water.All the double glazed windows and ranch slider have insect screens so you can have fresh cool air in the summer without the worry of flies/bugs.
